5:2 Diet Day #2

First fasting day. On day one I exceeded my calorie limit by 1200 calories (mmm... pizza). Not hungry yet this morning but kept staring at the food in the cupboard.

Completed the blood work two days ago, will get results in a week. This morning I took the following measurements:

  1. BP
  2. Glucose
  3. Weight
  4. Waist, Hips, Neck
